About the Team
Join the IT Online Service Center team with a mission to revolutionize ticket and alert handling! We are a group of dedicated professionals who provide advanced technical support around the clock. Our mission is to be the go-to experts during on and off hours, ensuring the highest level of technical assistance and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and service of ByteDance\'s IT office network, including campus, backbone, and offline-related issues.
• Responsible for responding to and resolving network tickets in ByteDance\'s IT office network, as well as daily maintenance operations, including but not limited to handling daily alerts, business inquiries, and escalation of tier one support tickets.
• Responsible for optimizing daily work details, such as process improvement and process automation, to enhance work efficiency.
• Responsible for organizing historical support tickets and writing FAQ documents.

Assist the SME team in architecture iteration, standard iteration, and related research, solution design and implementation.
Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in network communication, computer science, telecommunications engineering, or related fields, with at least 2 - 5 years of network operations and maintenance experience.
• Understanding of the TCP/IP model and familiarity with related protocol stacks, such as IPV4/IPV6, TCP/UDP, NAT, DHCP, DNS. Familiarity with common VPNs, such as ipsec/GRE/SSL VPN.
• Familiarity with switching and routing protocols, including but not limited to IEEE802.3/stp/ospf/BGP/vxlan and other common protocol stacks.
• Understanding of wireless network architecture, ability to troubleshoot wireless networks, and experience in planning, construction, and optimization of wireless networks in campuses and office areas is preferred.
• Familiarity with SDN-related scenarios, ability to quickly learn and use SDN controllers from different vendors, and the ability to deploy SDN and troubleshoot network issues in SDN environments.
• Knowledge of SDWAN working principles, ability to troubleshoot SDWAN, and experience in enterprise SDWAN planning and deployment is preferred.
• Advanced network certifications such as CCNP, HCIE, H3CTE, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
• Strong ability to handle work pressure, and adapt to night shifts, rotating shifts, and flexible working hours.
• Excellent service and communication skills.
