Why does this job exist and why is it critical Responsible for 2G/4G/5G RAN Share (MORAN/MOCN) network detail planning and to support network rollout & capacity growth for nationwide. The responsibilities include AOP derivation, rollout planning, network capacity or resource trending and analysis. What will you do Ran Share (MORAN/MOCN) network planning, design & implementation to cater for subscriber & traffic growth in the network. Develop and maintain network architecture design and policies for Element Manager Systems (EMS) to ensure best practices and sound investment decisions in accordance to Maxis network evolution Budget and Inventory Management to ensure financial resources are optimally utilized. Facilitate trials of new technology / equipment via test lab and setting up the necessary infrastructure Provide support to project team during phase to ensure deliverables are met and investment objectives achieved. Lead the Ran Share on RAN and EMS technical detail, implementation, process, and analysis. Manage the convergence of EMS level with OSS NMS layer systems (Northbound) and streamline the functionality and inter-working of both systems Custodian for overall EMS network architecture plan documents including network layout, latest software releases, roadmaps, life cycle management & business continuity plan (BCP) RFP and RFT involvement for all EMS related projects (Radio, Transport & Core) Process Enhancement and digitalization for MOCN and EMS implementation What do you need to have for this role Bachelors Degree Specialized in: Telecommunications, Business Administration, Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years Knowledgeable in Telecommunication GSM, LTE, Traffic Engineering Skill in Project Management, Basic Financial, Presentation, Writing & Analysis What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
