Job Responsibilities1. Project Coordination

Coordinate project activities to ensure contractors execute tasks according to requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external. Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Allocate resources effectively and develop project schedules to ensure timely completion. Conduct various meetings, including kick-off sessions and progress updates, for all project stakeholders. Identify project risks and escalate through the appropriate channels when necessary. Perform site acquisition and secure site access when required. Supervise contractors on-site to ensure adherence to proper standards and project specifications.

2. Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, changes, and risks. Respond promptly and effectively to stakeholder queries. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and senior management, including preparing approval documents for project initiatives.

3. Project Governance and Standards

Apply standardized project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Ensure compliance with internal standards and specifications. Conduct lessons-learned sessions and post-mortem reviews to support continuous improvement.

4. Team and Vendor Management

Manage external vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Lead project teams through Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with honours in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in telecommunication project implementation. Fresh graduates with relevant skill sets are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Proficient in project tracking and performance monitoring. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred. Strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willing to travel nationwide (Peninsular and East Malaysia).

Salary Range:

Up to RM3,200

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
