About the Role



We are seeking for

Project Coordinator Executive

to oversee, manage, and coordinate environmental consultancy projects from planning to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :



Lead and coordinate project based on unpriced PO. Prepare and review technical reports and environmental assessments when necessary. Coordinate and update the confirmation of audit schedules and monitoring plans, and arrange monthly monitoring schedules. Maintain proactive communication with clients, government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams for confirmed job. Monitor and update project budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, while supporting the environmental team in achieving quarterly project targets. Delegate task to junior staff and oversee quality control of project outputs. Conduct site visits, audits, and inspections as required. Maintain up-to-date records of the environmental team's workload. Involved in tender preparation and submission, as well as preparing purchase orders and quotations. Update potential project, quotation & forecast sales to Managing Director by monthly basis. Represent the Environment Department in delivering presentations during Quarterly Meetings. Manage complaints received from clients / subconsultant. Request invoice from clients / subconsultant. Organize and attend stakeholders' meetings. Ensure that deadlines for EIA submissions and EQR are met by providing the necessary support to the team. Attend site visit when necessary. Write up / conduct survey for Social Economy study. Providing administrative support. i.e Invoices, System - PETRONAS, TNB, Indah water etc. Manage and ensure timely submission of COC from Environment team to Technical & Sales Executive. Ensure that the Environment Team receives the COA from the laboratory within the stipulated timeline. Ensure Job Completion Form, Invoice and Job Monitoring Forms are completed as per Standard of Procedure (SOP). Undertake any other ad-hoc work of environment team. i.e MAP or GIS. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline. At least 2-3 years' experience in environmental project management or consultancy. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
