Job Description

1. Installation of Broadband Services:

- Install and configure broadband equipment such as modems, routers, and fiber-optic connections.

- Set up and test broadband connections for homes, offices, or businesses.

- Ensure customers are able to access their internet service after installation.

2. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

- Diagnose internet connectivity issues, including wiring faults, interference, or device issues.

- Provide on-site troubleshooting support to customers.

- Perform tests and repairs to resolve problems quickly.

3. Technical Support:

- Provide customer support by explaining how to use broadband equipment and services.

- Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps over the phone or on-site.

- Assist with software or firmware updates for customer devices.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Keep detailed records of installations, maintenance work, and customer feedback.

- Provide accurate reports on service issues and installation tasks.

5. Inventory Management:

- Receive and inspect goods delivered to the warehouse.

- Ensure that all items are properly stored in designated areas to avoid damage or loss.

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing items.

- Perform regular stock checks (e.g., cycle counts or full inventory audits) to maintain inventory accuracy.

- Use inventory management software or manual logs to track stock movements.

- Unload deliveries and verify that the quantities and specifications of goods match the purchase orders or delivery notes.

- Keep the storage area organized and clean to ensure efficient movement and access to goods.

Working days : 5 days / week

Working hours : 9 am - 6 pm

Location : JB Town

Salary : Negotiate

Requirements

- Male

- Valid driving license B2 or D

- Posses own transport, willing to travel

- Minimum SPM graduate

- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa

- Basic IT Knowledge

- No experience needed but willing to learn

- Able to manage time and punctuality on assigned task.
