The Assistant Manager reports to the Product Manager and oversees the end-to-end management of specific ambits of CTOS\' commercial/corporate product suite, as determined by the Product Manager.
This Assistant Manager is responsible in assisting the Product Manager to develop and manage the full product lifecycle of the commercial/corporate product suite, which includes: developing product enhancements by identifying potential requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
The Assistant Manager ensures that product development phases are executed smoothly from conceptual stage through to deployment, as well as on-going product management activities such as driving adoption, feedback gathering and continuous version enhancements (cradle to grave concept).
The Assistant Manager will also act as the main coordinator and liaison with existing / potential customers for all technical related activities and is expected to work very closely with departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Data Analytics, IT and Finance.
