Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.Overall objectives:This role is a key leader reporting into the Group Chief Executive Officer, responsible for setting direction of and driving:1. Brand Image: Promote CTOS\' products and services across the direct-to-consumer, Key Accounts, and SME market. Build and maintain a consistent brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and create an attractive brand profile.2. Corporate Communications and Investor Relations: Ensure effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.3. Advertising & Promotions: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support sales in generating a consistent and sustainable sales funnel. Also to identify marketing opportunities and support lead generation.The main objective of this role is to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with CTOS\' goals. You will lead and manage the marketing team to oversee all digital marketing efforts, manage corporate communications to maintain a positive brand image, handle public relations activities including media relations and crisis management. You will also ensure consistent branding, conduct market research and analysis, manage the marketing budget effectively, and identify partnerships to enhance brand visibility.The role will need to be an active partner with other C-level executives to accomplish short and long-term strategic plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership, and to adhere strictly to company and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and acting when necessary.Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:Developing Marketing Strategies: Responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and target audience. This involves understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth.Traditional & Digital Marketing: Oversee marketing efforts on all offline and online channels, with an emphasis on digital marketing. Digital efforts include website optimization, SEO/SEM, CRM and SocMed/Content advertising. Offline channels include industry association events and traditional media. Ensure that channels are utilized effectively to reach and engage with the target audience.Corporate Communications: Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to maintain a positive brand image and effectively communicate the company\'s values, initiatives, and achievements to stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees.Public Relations (PR): Manage media relations and PR activities to generate positive media coverage, handle press inquiries, and build relationships with journalists and key media outlets. This includes drafting press releases, organizing press conferences, and monitoring media coverage.Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to address potential crises or emergencies effectively. This involves quickly responding to crises, managing communication channels, and mitigating any negative impact on the company\'s reputation.Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels, including digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and corporate communications. This involves developing brand guidelines and monitoring brand perception.Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Team Management: Lead and manage the marketing team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This involves recruiting and training team members to ensure the department operates efficiently.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong track record in both B2C and B2B marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns/market growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market research methodologies to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
