Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual who is passionate about learning the benefits and value our combined offerings bring to the business of our clients. The person will work alongside the sales and client engagement teams and play important role in the technical engagements for all CTOS products. As part of the broader Presales organization, he/she will participate in defining propositions that leverage the entire product portfolio offered by the company across data, analytics, and solutions.

Overview and Purpose of Role:

• Strive to become Subject Matter Expert in CTOS Data, Analytics, Digital Application and Decisioning Solutions
• Conduct Product Presentations and System Demos
• Bid Manager for incoming Prospects, responsible for RFPs and proposal write-up
• Preparation and conduct of Proof-of-concept (POC), testing and product readiness
• Review and preparation of internal documentation and sales collateral

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owner of the Bid and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time
• Assist the Sales & Presales Team to build up internal presales process and templates
• Learn CTOS products and prepare / be ready with Demo Systems & Devices for Presentations
• Prepare and ready with POC checklist and product readiness prior to POC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Banking / Fintech / Technical / Business Analyst candidates looking to switch-over are welcomed to apply
• Knowledge in Fraud Detection, lending landscape in banking / SMEs, issuing and acquiring businesses would ne and advantage
• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field is required
• Preferably with experience in executing projects to completion
• Possess good verbal and writing skills in English.
• Able to conduct Sales Presentations / Walkthroughs with Customers
• Able to travel
