JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the new product / process pre-production and transfer to the mass production phase. Ensure closure of outstanding production issues after new product transfer is completed. Support quality improvement plan related to process and product design changes. Lead LPR, EPR trial run during new product transfer. Coordinate and communicate with RD and factory about new product technology, knowhow, product specification and related information. Train factory personnel on new product production conditions and knowledge. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that the contact lenses meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements in contact lens manufacturing to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMEMTS

Bachelor Degree in any field relevant to Engineering, Chemical and Industrial Technology Prefer with minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry Fresh graduate are welcome for this position Good interpersonal & communication skill with positive working attitude Manage to work in a team in executing projects & strive for excellent Candidates fluent in mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients Posses own transport and accommodation

Pay: From RM3,400.00 per month
