Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager.
- To provide Sales Coordination and Support to the Sales Team which including the Customer Request, Pre & Post Customer Sign-Ups Documentations and Follow-Ups
- Managing the correspondence between the regional sales team and relevant department from HQ for any customer request/issues/sales related matter.
- To performed basic administration in Salesforce system for the related sales activities, customer information and reports.
- Provide backup support for regional office general administrative functions.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- PC literate and well versed with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicant must be willing to work in the respective region office.
- Possess own transport
