Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

  • Support FRPA team identifying, maintaining and evaluating information as well as recommending actions
  • Assist in data generation and compilation to produce reporting pack, forecast and annual budget exercise. Review DSO reports and assists in the development of corrective action plans. Review debtors ageing reports and assists in development of corrective action plans and provide inputs into cash forecast to expedite cash collection
  • Assist in the analysis of financial and operational including all areas of revenue and expenses. Provide commercial support to the business unit, including financial performance reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, process and project improvements. Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintaining the integrity of financial data. Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the company's financial condition. Track current financial data to alert stakeholders in case of deviation. Assist with maintenance of SAP/TM1 project assumptions and relevant mapping for actual/forecast reporting, including set up of projects in ERP and budget / forecast entries in BI tool. Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Effectively support and accurately provide information to the FRPA team, by maintaining databases and ensuring that they consistently have up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Reconcile, provide analysis and ensure accuracy of the data at month-end-closing, quarterly, and annual reports that provide executives with a basis for making long-term and short-term strategic decisions.
  • Must have advanced Excel and Power Point skills, capable of conveying the company's expenses and earnings which can be used to calculate the impact of a future event or decision.
  • Able to deal and deliver ad-hoc request with accuracy, short notice and fast paced environment, including reconciliation of cost of sales invoices vs billing, accrual of costs and charging out of prepayments as reported in monthly Project Reviews through collaboration with project team
  • Eager to learn and seek knowledge in order to highlight shortcomings and recommend possible improvement to the existing methods
  • Knowledge of SAGE, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle and/or QuickBooks systems will be added advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Partially completed Professional qualification are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis that includes reviewing financial information, financial forecasting and financial report writing. Hands-on experience working with statistical analysis and statistical packages. Knowledge of corporate finance, information analysis and financial diagnosis to effectively identify trends, establish portfolios and make forecasts
