We are Malaysia's leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, and looking for dynamic, driven and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

:

  • Attend to all inbound and outbound calls/ emails/ chats assigned within expected timeline.
  • Maximizing opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services while ensuring efficient and courteous to our customers;
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer, without compromising company's guideline and ethics;
  • Follow up on customer's orders (status of delivery and etc.) ensuring efficient communication between departments and on-time delivery;
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain customer database;
  • Analyze trend through data accumulated and churn it into sales insight;
  • To possess strong sense of ownership to complete tasks within deadline;
  • To participate and be a good team player in meeting overall team processing and business performance;
  • Performing other duties assigned by reporting manager or management team.
- Candidate must possess at least aDiploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma of Professional Certs in any field;

- Fresh graduates/ entry level applications are encourages to apply;

- Experience in providing direct support to end-users either in customer service or corporate help desk are also encouraged to apply;

- Preferably with minimum 1year of working experience in customer service line/ telemarketing/ CRM user.

- Able to work rotating shifts

- Speak, read and write proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a must; Fluency in other languages and dialects in an advantage;

- Possess strong customer focus and passion to provide an outstanding level of service;

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;

- Pleasant telephone/ communication manners/ ethics;

- Ability to handle a large volume of telephony/ email enquiries;

- Good organizational and priority management skills;

- Ability to handle difficult situation while remaining calm;

- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel, must be computer literate

- A problem solver with logical thinker.
