The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

  • Manage and supervise all night shift staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and security personnel
  • Be the point of contact for any emergency, incidents and act as the overall in charge in the absence of senior leadership during the night shift in the resort.
  • Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain hotel security, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and escalated issues professionally and effectively
  • Oversee night audit processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms to maintain quality standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies for night shift operations
  • Train and mentor night shift staff to improve performance and maintain service standards
  • Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate important information to day shift management
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in hotel management or related field, with a focus on night shift operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Thorough understanding of safety and security protocols in a hotel environment
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the hospitality industry
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
