Proficiency and Fluent in Mandarin, English, BM is required for this position(Read, Speak, Type)
Have no issue to work on 8am - 9pm Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off day per week)
Willing to work on weekend or public holidays based on shift arrangement
Able to start working on 25 September
Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
Tanggungjawab
Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
Assist customer in planning, booking or rebooking request.
Liaise with internal support team to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and enquiries in relation to changes in travel dates and related services.
Provide assistance with booking or changing flight through Live Chat.
Assist in processes of refunding and cancelling flight ticket.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: Basic salary RM3,000 + up to RM200 KPI allowance + up to RM300 night shift allowance
