• Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
• Basic in English (Read, Speak, Type)
• Fluent Mandarin required for this role
• Have no issue to work on 7am - 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
• Willing to commit on 5 days work per week and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off day per week)
• Able to start working on 4th September 2024
• Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office

Responsibilities

• Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
• To exceed customer\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
• Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
• Assist on solving common technical problems.
• Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
