Job Summary:

Manage NOC Front Office (NOC-FO), facilitate SLA by coordination with customer and internal departments, SLA verification, reporting, meeting, technical knowledge transfer to NOC-FO, SLA management with clarity, gap analysis, claims rationalization & verification, NOC SOP record & update, NOC-FO tasks tracking, produce various reporting based on project requirements, any other NOC related tasks assignment and etc.

Qualification:

Years of experience: At least 5-7 years' experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in the Telecom Network. Qualifications: Min Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day to day operational performance. To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs. Planning for and ensuring team members' competence enhancement Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Surveillance & 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network Review of Performance Metrics for the shift resources and implementation of Corrective & Preventive actions if required Ensuring high motivation level of team resources Attrition Management Providing Technical guidance and Leadership to the team members Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible. To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary. Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the process.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
