Why does this job exist and why is it critical Design and Development Responsible for design and develop of Web Applications and Microservices. Perform coding and testing to deliver best quality applications/services in terms of maintainability, reliability, scalability and resilience. Maintain documentation inclusive of integration flow, data and interface design for the purpose of collaboration with other stakeholders. Deliver unit test according to system requirements to achieve quality assurance. Perform impact assessment to assess technical feasibility. Work together with stakeholders and architects to deliver best solutions to achieve project requirements. Perform peer review of technical design developed by other team members and application vendors / owners to govern application design principles and security guidelines. Maintain and Operation Execute and deploy application/service to production and non-production environment. Work with Operation support team for post implementation supports and fix bugs in existing code. Support production incident (if any) together with the team to help resolve the incident within the committed SLA. Provide training to Operation support team. Collaboration Desire for collaboration, communication and continuous improvement. Participate Scrum ceremonies. Technical Skills Excellent technical knowledge of NodeJS. Strong knowledge on database (Postgres, MYSQL and etc), including SQL and Stored Procedure. Strong knowledge and understanding of microservice and serverless design. Strong knowledge and understanding on REST. Experience in developing microservice and serverless function. Experience in developing and deploying applications in AWS would be an advantage. Experience / having the knowledge of development using Java, Python, Microsoft .NET technology will be an advantage. Experience / having the knowledge of client-side development (such as Angular, Vue.JS, Bootstrap, ReactJS, CSS, etc) would be an advantage. Experience in developing, maintaining and optimizing applications with high volume of requests would be an advantage. Experience on NoSQL is a plus point. Experience on any code management tools (GitHub, BitBucket). Experience in working in the Scrum team and practicing DevOps would be an advantage.
