  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or related discipline.
  • Possess at least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR best practices and grievance procedures.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Read and Speak).
  • Good in interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills, analytic problem solving, result focused and continuous learning.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, manage multiple tasks & priorities, work in a high-volume environment.
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, staff training & development.
  • Work closely with the H.O.D. to understand their recruitment and selection requirements in order to meet the hiring needs on a timely basis.
  • Responsible in the implementation of the appropriate measurement for employee job performance evaluation.
  • Responsible for preparing payroll, welfare & compensation and ensure payment on time.
  • Implement, review, and update the HR policies, Employees Handbooks.
  • Ensure that the company\'s policies & procedures are adhered to and in compliance with the legal requirements & Employment Act.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, and staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by following employment laws.
  • Liaise with any relevant Government Department and local authorities in matters related to employment and workers welfare e.g. Labor Office, immigration, LHDN, EPF and SOCSO.
  • Preparation of the HR related letters such as confirmation letter, termination, salary and benefit adjustment, bonus payout letter, transfer letter, authorization letter, show cause letter, warning letter and etc.
  • Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, company vehicle road tax & insurance renewal, business licenses & certificates renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment, etc.
  • To ensure all company assets register and/or renewed.
