Improve production processes for bonding, assembly, tuning, and packaging.
Increase production yield and reduce cycle time.
Solve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers for installation and testing.
Track equipment efficiency and suggest improvements.
Analyze product failures and report root causes.
Ensure compliance with ISO and quality standards.
Prepare technical documents like FMEA, work instructions, and change notices.
Keep BOM and project reports up to date.
Monitor and report key project performance metrics (yield, delivery, cost).
