What You'll Do:
Handle admin tasks: data entry, documentation, reports
Coordinate with teams to solve seller issues
Monitor shipments & highlight problems
Reply to seller inquiries (status, pickup, delivery)
Review sales leads & support sales team with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree (Fresh grads encouraged to apply)
1-2 years admin experience is a plus
Good in English & BM (Mandarin is an advantage)
Detail-oriented, independent & team player
Basic Excel skills
Able to work onsite at Mid Valley
Offer:
Salary: RM2,500
Contract: 1 year (3 months probation + 9 months extension)
