- Nursing diploma or degree.
- Strong sense of responsibility; patience and compassion towards patients.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team and lead nursing staff effectively.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proficient in record-keeping and documentation.
- Provide basic nursing care and daily living assistance to patients.
- Oversee postoperative care and monitor patients\' recovery.
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient health and report changes to doctors.
- Train and mentor junior nursing staff in best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
