Job Description

Provide a critical link between management and clinical care

Overseeing patient-care operations

Provide personal care, meal assistance, transportation, medication management, and other health care duties as needed

Assigning and monitoring staff nurses/other clinical staff by identifying and implementing quality improvements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nursing

Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills

Jasper Lodge covers several areas in Malaysia including Selangor, Penang, Sarawak, Johor and Pahang.

24 Hours security home

Food and Accommodation provided

Shirt uniform/Scrubs provided

Meal Allowance for Johor branch only

Office working hours with minimum of 45 hours and maximum of 48 hours per week

Overtime entitlement if working more than 48 hours per week

Annual increment and bonus

Public Holiday Leave and Annual Leave can be carried forward

Yearly assessment for promotion and bonus

Candidate with experience of 4 years and above are welcome to apply

Probation of 3 to 6 months with permanent full-time job

Medical Claim up to RM800 per year

Starting salary of RM3,500

Monthly allowance entitlement such as Travelling Allowance and others
