JOB DESCRIPTION: 
-Provide Health Screening & Consultation to Mandarin speaking customers. 
-Perform Customer Service duties both online and offline and engage with customer via live chat/ telemarketing. 
-Able to provide wellness and nutritional advise effectively to individuals like walk-in customers and online inquiries. 
-Passionate in persuade & convince people to change their diet/lifestyle to achieve good health. 
-Able to build strong relationships with customers to fully understand the needs & objective. 
-Good public speaking skills will be an added advantage 
-Actively engage in company out-door activities, marketing campaign, road shows as and when needed. 
-Penang candidates: Handle branch operational and administrative task.
