A leading shared service centre is seeking a talented O2C Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this job, you will be handling all O2C/AR-related matters.

About the O2C Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all O2C operational-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credit limits for specific countries and companies assigned by management
• Improve overdue debt and collection effectiveness
• Provide information on overdue debt and credit control metrics
• Act as a business partner for risk management and revenue growth
• Participate in reporting cycles, and generating ad hoc reports n portfolio performance

To succeed in this O2C Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) role, you must have the ability in handling O2C operational tasks and a strong understanding of the O2C/AR function.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of work experience in the accounting/finance function, O2C/AR function will be preferred
• Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Good exposure to ERP system, SAP is preferred
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Vietnamese language proficiency due to the nature of the role
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
