Shipping document preparation for NVOCC and shipping requirements to US and other part of the world.
To provide leadership, coaching and across the functional area.
Plan, Co-ordinate and control the activities of the Ocean team and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational goals.
Map and understand department process flow. Constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency to offer customers better cycle times and service as well as controlling costs.
To plan, organize, lead, communicate and control operations team in order to carry out daily tasks.
Responsibility to the daily administrative work and liaise with others department
To report any irregularities to superior from time to time.
To perform any other duties as directed by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Ocean freight operations
Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skill care required
Good command of written and spoken in English & local language and possesses a pleasant and courteous personality.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-tasks
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and highly motivated.
