A- OE
Quality Management all PLT products representative for the Continental Tyre AS Plant. Organizing, preparation, participating and follow up in all OE PLT plant audits. Preparing and managing and organize activities for resolving the OE PLT customer complaint (8D reports). Focusing on all PLT customers and have strong interaction with internal & external customers for new product introduction. Monitoring of PLT product customer satisfaction performance.
B - technical Compliance (tC)
Organizing, preparation, participate and follow up in all techincal compliance cases in the plant. Preparing, managing and organize activities for resolving technical compliance cases.The plant tC is responsible to ensure technical compliance and effectively execute tC management system in the plant. The plant tC acts in line with the tC Clearing Management rule for the plant and is the contact point for the superior BA tC Organization. First focus is the translation and implementation of tCMS requirements into plant-specific business processes and conditions.
Ensuring the plant Quality Management System & Interaction with external & internal customers.
Responsibility for system structure, updating and for continuity, including effectiveness.
Planning, performing and reporting to plant management on OE Passenger Light Truck (PLT) requirements and documentation.
Planning, data consolidation and document preparation of all OE PLT Quality Audits.
Planning, data consolidation and document preparation of all internal, external & assessment Quality Audits with special emphasis on OE PLT.
Preparation on data consolidation and submission weekly report to OE PLT customers who are requested.
Review customer performance systems for non conformances & develop matrix for training.
Monitoring, Reporting and Escalation on OE PLT customer satisfaction data (eg: Quality Performance).
Data consolidation (eg : PIS, IRS, SPC) into monthly report submission as required by OE PLT customers.
Monitoring on delivery schedule performance
Performing of countermeasure audit follow up from OE PLT Audits, internal, external & assessment Quality Audits
Performing of audit follow up from internal, external & self assessment audits.
Monitoring on OE ppm for PLT complaint.
Responsible for OE Complaint Administration Tool (CAT) performance and Field Complaint.
Coordinating all activities, corrective measures and 8D reporting with regard to OE PLT complaints.
Responsible for the Lesson Learned updating, monitoring and implementing.
Initiate Corrective Action in case of performance deviations.
Ensure analyze and identify of potential preventive actions for improvement refer to Complaint Administration Tool (CAT).
OE Representative of the function Quality Management for the plant Continental Tyre Alor Setar in various committees.
Establish & maintain good working relationship with OE PLT customers.
Preparation and up-dating of quality management OE PLT document, including training.
Monitoring of OE PLT Quality guidelines and work instructions.
Prepare training documentation on the subject of Quality Management with regard to OE PLT requirements, including training, planning and quality performance.
Responsible for the identification and traceability of OE PLT Customer Specific Requirement (CSR).
Responsible for Manufacturing Site Assessment for OEMs customer.
Monitoring, Communication and Reaction of Information related to OE Customer Satisfaction (supplemental)
tC Case Management
Responsible for training and awareness of technical Compliance to plantwide.
Responsible driving measures to early identify / detect tC cases (quality, customer & market complaints, audit findings etc.) in the Plant.
Review indications of a tC concern that were reported and forwarded.
Escalate any indications of any potential tC case to the initial assessment (escalation level 1)
Ensure the initial registration and documentation of available relevant information on the tC concern in the \xe2\x80\x9ctC Case Management Tool\xe2\x80\x9d
Initiate an appropriate assessment of the tC concern in terms of the probability of occurrence and the severity of impact of the tC concern. Including preparation of problem description and background as well as preparation of analysis data.
Prepare the relevant information of the tC concern for the initial assessment, Analysis meeting and Group tC Committee. The \xe2\x80\x9ctC Case Management Tool\xe2\x80\x9d or the tC Case Management template must be used.
Outline containment and mitigation measures and relevant decisions for approval in the Group tC Committee and regularly align the status with the tC Representative
Participate in the Initial assessment and Analysis meetings
Optionally participate in the tC Concern mitigation and recurrence prevention meeting
Providing support along the entire tC case management process
Ensuring execution of recurrence prevention and lessons learned
Ensuring an information flow to relevant stakeholders and escalations as needed
External Support & QM Systems
Support during OE tire development process
Prepare for PPAP / APQP submission for the OE PLT customer.
Support on PPAP process and trigger matrix.
Support on PPAP / APQP for OE PLT approval status.
Liase & communicate with OE PLT KAM and Automotive Engineer.
Preparing on weekly reporting based on customer request.
Participate in Slow Mover Yield / Out of Yied activity.
Assure plant compliances to IATF16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 internal and external customer as required in the respective areas.
Involvement with internal and external audit such as CCC, SIRIM, SNI, BIS & etc.
Initiate and arranging the audit process in company.
Participate on various team and assist with actions when required.
Involvement on OE PLT safe launch
technical Compliance, change program, Audit Management, Effectiveness Management
Preparation and participation of technical Compliance case at plant level clearance and case meeting is supporting the cultural change program by
refining the content to fit plant requirements as provided.
Identifying and addressing need/demand for trainings in plant.
Supporting the tC Audit process by identifying of critical or recurring audit findings and definition and implementation of mitigating measures for plant level
Supporting the continuous improvement of the tC Clearing Management process by defining, monitoring and driving corrective actions based on lessons learned, recurrence prevention, tC operational & systemic risks and defined improvement program
Maintaining tC metrics oversight on plant level processes, incl. regularly provisioning of data for the KPI dashboard.
ESH, quality and waste management
Ensure that all ESH procedures and rules are adhere.
Ensure that good housekeeping practises are applied, implemented and sustained
Promote among his team members to identify possible safety hazards and arrange appropriate preventive actions with responsible department
Review and monitor "poka-yoke" introduced to meet the safe work condition
Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the plant premises.
Ensure that quality standards and procedures are followed during daily operation to produce good quality products
Ensure that scrap and waste targets are achieved by supporting corrective action activity when targets is not met and by applying QSC or A3 problem solving techniques to prevent this from recurring.
Ensure execution and compliance on the Preparation of quality records (SPC/QDA, control charts, trend charts\xe2\x80\xa6)
Ensure good reporting being practised and escalation procedure is in place
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in an Engineering or Scientific field
Min 1-3 Years working experience in Quality Management, Process Development, Product Industrialization, Production,
Good English language skills, social skills, communication skills for involvement with customers & logistics
Qualitative abilities including strong Analytical, Technical Proficiency, Effective Problem Solving & Decision Making and driving Performance
Well versed in QC tools, Structure Problem Solving, Quality planning and monitoring
Self-motivated, assertive, team player with strong work ethic
Able to work independently in a results-driven and fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate and collaborate with and in international teams
Advanced Business English experiences & business travelling.
