Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, including office maintenance, supplies purchasing, and inventory management;
Assist in organizing meetings, business trips, and company events (such as team building and annual dinners);
Manage visitor reception, transportation arrangements, and hotel bookings;
Assist in document management, filing, and record updates;
Arrange and distribute PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to various departments;
Support basic HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
Assist Finance with reimbursement documentation, invoice collection, and other coordination tasks;
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or assistant-related roles, with good organizational and coordination skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with common office equipment;
Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills;
Well-presented and possesses basic business etiquette;
Must hold a valid driving license;
