Job scope:

general administrative tasks and basic accounting tasks ??Attend to phone calls, queries and reply/send emails to other companies Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct. ??Working with spreadsheets Payroll & payment advice ??Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose ??Carry out payments, invoicing and receipts functions Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:

experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel) ???Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work ???Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ???Excellent written and verbal communication skills ???Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Working location:Taman Daya,Johor near JPJ
