Job scope:
general administrative tasks and basic accounting tasks
Attend to phone calls, queries and reply/send emails to other companies
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Working with spreadsheets
Payroll & payment advice
Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
Carry out simple payments, invoicing and receipts functions
Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel) is highly encouraged
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
