Job Responsibilities :
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor documents despatch and received.
  • Issue & Recording documents flow and filing.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level.
  • Experience in the administrative field would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
