Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resources Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • Required Language: English, Mandarin
  • Working Experience: 1 year
  • Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/ Administration Support or equivalent.
  • Preferably have experiences in insurance industry
Responsibilities
  • Managing day to day general admin matter and ensure the alignment with company goals and objective.
  • Handle routine and advanced duties for other professional including organizing while preparing documents and reports, manage to schedule appointments and other general staff support.
  • Giving operation support to business operation and customer services department.
  • Other functions and duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
  • Report all the duties and responsibility to your supervisor.
