Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resources Management, Secretarial or equivalent

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/ Administration Support or equivalent.
Preferably have experiences in insurance industry
Responsibilities
Managing day to day general admin matter and ensure the alignment with company goals and objective.
Handle routine and advanced duties for other professional including organizing while preparing documents and reports, manage to schedule appointments and other general staff support.
Giving operation support to business operation and customer services department.
Other functions and duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
Report all the duties and responsibility to your supervisor.
