Job Responsibility Organize and manage physical and digital files and documents. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Support company events and activities. Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals. Coordinate and track employee overtime hours. Assist in managing staff expense claims. Handle various HR-related correspondences. Provide administrative support in HR tasks, including recruitment, foreign worker affairs, and more. Manage general administration functions, such as service agreements and insurance renewals. Maintain records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed. Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent. At least 2 years of related work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Malaysian Labor Laws and knowledgeable about HR practices. Trustworthy in handling confidential matters. Work locations available in Maran, Pahang.
