  • Coordinate office activities and operations on madrasah
  • Manage agendas/appointments/visitors etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Manage queries from parents and donors
  • Create budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Handle students registrations and students fee transactions
  • Create and update records with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and run some errands to local authority
  • Create payslip for staff
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
