Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Knowledgeable in handling and managing office equipment (Printer, Scanner, etc.).
Excellent in communication and customer service skills (Mostly via WhatsApp).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using office software and tools (Mostly Google Application and Software).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities
Replying clients inquiry and booking related to service provided via online.
Preparing related document and information for daily events preparation.
Maintain and organize office records, including electronic and physical filing systems.
Handling and keeping tracks on office equipments, appliances and supplies.
Attending site visits and meeting when necessary.
Assisting in planning and organizing office events, meetings and gathering.
Assisting in developing and implementing office administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
