The Office Administrator is responsible for monitoring and submitting installment applications from the sales team and dealers, ensuring all cases are accurately checked and approved. The role involves managing customer documentation, maintaining proper follow-up, and preparing daily approval reports for management. This position also requires responding promptly to sales administration inquiries from the head of department, customers, and financial partners while delivering a high standard of customer service.
To monitor and submit all installment cases from the sales department and dealers and check the application approval.
To manage and follow up with customers for documentation.
To prepare and submit a daily approval report to the manager.
Be responsive to any sales admin queries raised by the head of department/customers/end-financiers and to provide a high level of customer service.

Skills and Qualification
SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Business/Administration is an added advantage.
1 year of administrative or customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up efficiently.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
