Job Description


A leading Data Centre developer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join their team on a full-time basis based in Kuala Lumpur.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, overseeing human resource functions for the Data Centre, and ensuring accurate and timely billing for our customers. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and other related tasks.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to promote efficiency and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Provide support to the executive team and other staff members as needed.
Human Resource Management for the Data Centre:
  • Manage the full cycle of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
  • Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Billing for Customers:
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer billing for the services provided by the Data Centre.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any customer queries or issues.
  • Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and implement improvements to the billing process.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates on billing activities to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management, human resource management, and billing functions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
