Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure optimal performance Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages professionally Support budgeting and basic bookkeeping procedures Maintain and update accurate records and databases (personnel, financial, and other relevant data) Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned Provide administrative support to colleagues whenever required

Requirements:



Minimum 5 credits in SPM, STPM, or Diploma/Degree in a related field Proficient in English and Malay; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Willing to learn, proactive, and outgoing personality Must possess own transportation
