Job Description


Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in secretary preferably
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Malay.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other
  • relevant software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the management.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and
  • transport.
  • Coordinate and prepare formeetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and
  • distributing meeting materials.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics,
  • catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of
  • professionalism
