Job Description


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy 2. Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management 3. Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence 4. Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company 5. Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data 6. Track and replace office supplies as necessary 7. Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role 2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 3. Attentive to details 4. Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles 5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office 6.
