Our client, an established construction and property development company is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Front Office Administrator to be based at their Corporate Head office at Kelana Jaya. About the job This is a dual role and will involve providing reception at the front office and providing administrative duty role. Duties will include:
Professionally attending the main office switch board number and taking taking messages.
Attending to walk-in customers/visitors.
Receiving, sorting and composing daily mail including emails to the right departments.
Supporting the mail room with courier requests and deliveries.
Assist in processing of sales ordering for customer service.
Assist in file management and administrative duties.
The Candidate The ideal candidate should be a female in age group 21-30 with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional personal presentation. She must be a self-starter and use the initiative effective and an outgoing personality. The successful candidate should be some one with at least 1-3 years of previous customer service and reception experience with good communication skills. She must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma qualification in any discipline and be willing to be based at Kelana Jaya office.
