Job Description


Position: Office Administrative.Location: Petaling Jaya, Jaya OneWorking Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - FridaySalary: RM 4000 - RM 6500 + Statutory Contribution + Insured Medical Coverage.Job Scope:

  • Office Administration & Facilities: You\'ll manage vendors, office supplies, IT equipment / PC setups, events, and support the Finance Analyst & General Manager.
  • Finance: You\'ll be involved in an e-invoice project, monitor sales price deviations, and handle audits/tax questionnaires.
  • Supply Chain (Malaysia & Singapore): You\'ll coordinate shipments, prepare forms, manage purchase orders, and oversee inventory (handle PR/PO & ERP)
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma holder.
  • Preferrable 3 yrs experience in Admin work
  • Able to work under 1 year Contract (with a chance to convert to perm after 6 months or later)
  • Good Command in English & writing skills.
