What you will do:
Marketing & Sales activities (Malaysia & Singapore)
-Manage Salesforce Pardot marketing system, customer communication about product launching, phase-in/out
-Process new sales lead in SFDC (Salesforce dotcom)
-Manage customer gifts, product brochures, exhibitions, seminar events and customer satisfaction program
-Update competitor and customer information
-Provide marketing support to Markem-Imaje Distributor and Reseller
-Regular e-newsletter production and issue
Administrative activities (Malaysia)
-Responsible for office management that includes and not limited to purchase of office supplies and courier service management
-Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
-Serves as the Office Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and the interface between Information Technology and local team on general IT hardware
-Partner with EHS function as point of contact between building management and office . Liaise with building management on all office and facility related matters, ensuring uninterrupted operations working environment. Support the function in coordinating Safety walks, updating the local offices on notices on Safety issues, procedures and policies. Ensuring that office environment is safe, and vendors are registered prior for work in the office.
-Render support in travel, visas, accommodation, transport for visitors to and from Malaysia offices.
-Administrative support to HR function for on-boarding and off-boarding of employees (name cards, access cards, workstation allocation, conduct brief orientation of the office premise)
-Event management \xe2\x80\x93 organize and provide recommendation and support on arrangement for regional meetings, trainings, workshops and Immersion trainings
-Assisting HR function with initiatives in employment engagement such as lead the Recreation Committee to drive recreation activities
-Answering the general business line and handling queries and attend to walk-in visitors when necessary
What you need to have:
-Possess at least a Diploma in any disciplines
-At least 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Salesforce knowledge is preferred
-Highly organized, detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
-Action and results oriented and able to deal with multiple relationships effectively
-A good team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
-Manages work in a confidential manner ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner
-Ability to multitask and cooperate with different departments to meet challenging deadlines
