  • Diploma / bachelor\'s degree in any Business Administrator or related discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to identify issues, anticipate potential problems, and proactively find solutions.

Tanggungjawab
  • Managing office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Providing administrative support to executives, managers, or team members as needed.
  • Providing a welcoming and professional reception for visitors and guests.
