Work you will do: As an Office Admin Specialist, you will assist a select group of Executive Staff at Deloitte South-East Asia by providing administrative support and handling travel related tasks. Responsibilities: Manage executives\' travel & hotel arrangements for smooth business travel. Manage executives\' travel related expense claims. Liaise with travel agent and other vendors as needed to facilitate travel related arrangements. Work closely with the Mobility team to monitor and respond to travel restrictions and requirements, or changes. Support the overall office operations including day-to-day administration services to obtain optimum efficiency at office. Other works as assigned by team lead. Requirements: Should possess a minimum Diploma. 3-5 years of working experience Independent, meticulous and maintain high level of professionalism. Mature, responsible, and hard working with pleasant personality. Able to priorities and multi-task. Resourceful and well-organized. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to commence within short notice will be desirable.
