Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree holder
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Ability to prioritise and effective communication is crucial.
5. Flexibility and adaptability to change is crucial.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written: Mandarin + English or Malay
7. Pleasant personality with good social etiquette and a positive working attitude with the ability to work with tight deadline.
8. Honest, Hard working, Friendly, Enthusiastic, Polite
9. Experience of 1 year or more is an advantage
10. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall smooth running of the office
2. Facilitating the communication to and from the Coordination Manager office
3. Handling confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, reports and other important documents
4. Coordinating the flow of information internally and externally with local and international dealers and customers with other staff
5. Ensuring all duties are carried out and all communications are diligently filed and maintained
6. Resolve administrative and operation problems
7. Attending to ad-hocs tasks
