Job Description

We're looking for a practical, organised and proactive individual to support our day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly. This role blends administrative duties with hands-on operational work, it is ideal for someone who enjoys both desk tasks and being up and about getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination Support operational needs such as logistics, setup and on-site arrangements Manage petty cash and assist with simple financial tracking Prepare correspondence, documents and reports as needed Provide general support to ensure the team and office function efficiently

Requirements:



Previous experience in administration, operations or office support Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and following through on tasks Responsible and reliable
