Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Executive Officer to support the company's management and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative, coordination, and project-related tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Officer and management team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in progress tracking and documentation.
  • Support in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and business trips.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
