Manage and send documents and handle bank matters.
Provide general office support (filing, correspondence, office supplies, etc.).
Assist with organizing meetings and office logistics.
Handle basic IT support (troubleshooting hardware/software, maintaining computers, setting up IT equipment).
Monitor office equipment and report maintenance needs.
Help new employees with IT setups.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma (IT certification is a plus).
Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, and office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to travel to the Melaka branch when required.
Valid driving license for car and motorcycle.
