Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Organizing & maintaining the files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. \xc2\xb7 Receive and answer phone calls in a professional manner and disseminate telephone message to appropriate individual. \xc2\xb7 Sort and distribute incoming mailand prepare outgoing mail (email, envelopes, packages, delivery) \xc2\xb7 Assist in office management and organization procedures. \xc2\xb7 Support the Marketing and Technical Support team for their administrative task. \xc2\xb7 Manage department files according to department procedures. \xc2\xb7 Perform other office duties as assigned. Qualification & Experience Required: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM certificate. \xc2\xb7 0-1 year of working experience as an admin/office clerk or general clerk. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with office procedures and computer literature in Microsoft Office. \xc2\xb7 Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
