Job Description


  • Minimum degree and above in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents;
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes;
  • Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Good with IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages;
  • Willing to work overtime & travel outstation, when required.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the Director\'s day-to-day administrative and operational matters;
  • Making appointments, travel arrangements/VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meetings, itinerary and general correspondence;
  • Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director as instructed;
  • Assist the Director in researching and following up with action;
  • Organise meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers;
  • Maintain Director\'s office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate;
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
